Our Menu: Crafted Purely from Scratch

Every offering on our menu is a celebration of classic European baking, made-to-order with honest ingredients and unhurried care. We never use pre-made mixes, commercial syrups, or purchased pastries—every element is prepared right here in our trailer.

  • Boutique Wafflehaus: Signature Belgian waffles baked fresh with a golden, crisp exterior and light center, paired with our scratch-made sauces and fresh whipped creams.
  • Classic Crêperie: Delicate, paper-thin crêpes folded fresh to order and filled with our slow-cooked fruit compotes, silken pastry creams, tangy curds, and rich custards.
  • Heritage Bakery: A rotating daily selection of traditional European pastries, baked fresh from our own hand-rolled doughs and finished with our signature in-house toppings.

Warm, crisp, generously topped waffles inspired by European flavors and transformed into American indulgence.
